Clyde A. Higgins, formerly of the Carlyle area, died
Friday, March 12, 2010 at the Lebanon Care Center, Lebanon, Illinois at
the age of 74 years. He was born in Carlyle on September 23, 1935, the
son of Eddie and Ethel (Parks) Higgins.
Clyde is survived by two brothers: Eddie Higgins, Jr. of Walnut Hill. Illinois and Herschel Higgins of Missouri; a sister: Lillian Taylor of San Diego, California; and many cousins, nieces and nephews. Funeral services for Mr. Higgins will be Tuesday, March 16, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. at the Frerker Funeral Home in Carlyle. The interment will follow at Posey Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family at the Frerker Funeral Home on Tuesday from 9:00 A.M. until the time of services. Expressions of sympathy my be made in Clyde’s memory to the charity of the donor’s choice.
